Chloe moved to Atlanta just over a year ago from Upstate NY after completing her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Although she started out as a Media Production major, and was on track to complete her bachelor’s in two and a half years, she began to realize that she would rather be at the gym than starring at a computer screen editing videos, and so she changed her major to Exercise Physiology where she found her passion and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Chloe has experience training a variety of individuals. She started out in a cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation center where she worked with mostly older individuals and helped them to regain movement and stamina after a cardiac or pulmonary episode. Additionally, she worked with young children in a physical fitness setting, has worked with morbidly obese individuals, and also has helped multiple individuals to reach their health and fitness goals in a one on one setting with a combination of training and nutrition. The most rewarding part of training, for Chloe, is watching individuals become more mobile, increase their quality of life, and become more confident in themselves after mastering an exercise, losing weight or achieving any other health goal. For Chloe, fitness isn't just a job, its a way of life. As a competitive Muay Thai fighter she is constantly training, and hopes to motivate others to find a way to enjoy fitness as much as she does.
