Chloe is a strength and fitness coach with a very diverse background. As a competitive MMA and Muay Thai fighter, and current NFC Flyweight Champion, she developed a passion for fitness that she decided to turn into a career after earning her bachelors in Exercise Physiology from SUNY The College at Brockport in upstate New York in 2015. Following graduation Chloe spent time in a cardiovascular and pulmonary rehab facility working with a variety of patients either post-cardiac episode, battling chronic pulmonary disorders, or struggling with morbid obesity helping them to rebuild strength and pulmonary function in a clinical setting. After moving to Georgia, Chloe began working with children in a fitness and sports setting until she earned her NASM Certified Personal Trainer and began working in group fitness/bootcamp style classes. In 2017 Chloe began working with clients in a more private training setting here at Body By Design, and has continued to grow professionally, and personally, working with clients with varying ability levels and goals. In 2018 Chloe earned her NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification in order to have a better understanding of how to address postural defects, and work to correct overactive and underactive muscles. She has also achieved her USAW-level one Sport Performance Coach Certification to better coach athletes, as well as taking her certification a step further and competing in her first weight lifting competition. In addition, she completed her USAPL (Powerlifting) certification, as well as most recently earning the title of Certified Functional Strength Coach after completing the high level CFSC certification.
