Christian Halbur, NSCA
Christian’s passion for fitness was developed through his own training and experience playing sports, including collegiate level baseball. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology/Health and Fitness with a minor in coaching from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul. Throughout his time at Northwestern, he realized he could use his knowledge to make an impact not only in the performance of competitive athletes but also with anyone who is looking to improve their quality of life. After graduating, he became a certified personal trainer through NSCA and began training clients of all ages and abilities at the YMCA. This provided him with the opportunity to work with a wide range of clientele with varying skill/ability levels. Additionally, Christian enjoys being able to collaborate and work with clients to reach their personal fitness and strength goals in safe and manageable ways. This includes helping clients improve their strength, mobility and overall health to optimize performance in everyday life.
