Sarah has an extensive background in Exercise Science thanks to the program at Kennesaw State University, her certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as being a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC).
She has studied under a well-respected holistic physician where she gained knowledge on the positive effects of diet and exercise on various disorders and diseases. She has overcome several health issues herself and believes changing her lifestyle was one of the biggest contributors to her recovery and improving her overall health. Sarah’s drive for showing others that exercise is truly one of the best sources of medicine, lead her to competing in a bodybuilding competition where she became nationally qualified in the bikini division. Her goal is to help facilitate a positive life changing impact for her clients, friends, family, and as many people as she can reach.
