My life has always revolved around sport and exercise. I began my journey playing college soccer at Berry College, where I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. I then decided to pursue my Master's degree in Sport Psychology, which I completed at Leeds Beckett University in the UK. After returning to the states I began working as a personal trainer. During this time I discovered that I wanted to gain more knowledge and experience in the field of strength & conditioning training elite athletes. Over the next year, I participated in 3 internships. I first interned at Harvard University where I was able to gain practical experience working with athletes from a wide variety of sports, from football and basketball to Nordic skiing and fencing. I then interned with the football program at College of the Holy Cross over the summer, before returning to Georgia and interning with the Olympic Sport department at UGA. While there, I landed a position with Atlanta United FC's academy program as a Sport Performance Coach where I worked over the course of the next year. My path has now led me here to coaching at Body By
